This delivery method entails a commitment by the O'Neill's team for construction performance to deliver your project within a defined schedule and price, which can be in a fixed lump sum or a guaranteed maximum price (GMP).

We provide specialised construction knowledge & input to the stakeholders during the design phases and then move into the general contractor during the construction phase minimising risk to budget & program overruns allowing for a smoother transition from design to construction.
